Just wondering if anyone is going thru the same thing?
How easy is it for a bigger woman to get pregnant?
The other day I had the flu or thought I did. For a whole day or 2 I really felt nauseated off and on. My period is now a week late. Been having insomnia for the past few weeks or close to a month. Suddenly, in the past 2 weeks too my appetite changed, I’m more hungry. And always forever running to the bathroom. My breasts aren’t sore, but once in a while one will be more sore than the other, especially my right breast.
The last time I was physical with my ex was in August, had a period in September. In a way, I don’t rule pregnancy because I am overweight and have heard that bigger girls have a harder time conceiving due to the excess weight. But my ex tells me too that any girl can become pregnant anytime.
It just never dawned on me today that I noticed I’m a week late and I checked back and found out that I spent the weekend with my ex in August that it was when I ovulated. I did take a pregnancy test and it came out negative, but I guess I’m just curious if anyone else is or has gone through something like this? I’m going to check with my doctor for sure if my period doesn’t come in the next few days.
I wish I could tell you that it is harder for bigger girls to get pregnant but it is not true because I’m a big girl and I get pregnant when ever my husband sneezes on me. I think this myth comes from that it seems that most big woman have problems when it comes to not having complication while pregnant which can lead to miscarriages.

nah it’s not true, bigger girls can get pregnant.
my sister in law’s pretty big and she’s pregnant now.
although she did have a miscarriage about a year ago at around 2 months, so weather her wieght had anything to do with it i have no idea.

I’m quite overweight & my bf & I were togther for a month when I got pregnant. I did however lose 70lbs in the 9 months prior, so that may have kickstarted things down there!
They do they overweight women do have a harder time but little things can change that around.
If your test was negative & you are still worried, go to your local reproductive center & get tested.

I have always been irregular when it comes to menstrual periods. However after losing about 30 pounds my periods became much more regular though not perfect still and I got pregnant. I was still overweight by about 50 pounds.
